Tell us about your case
We need a few details to look up your EB-4 category status under the current Visa Bulletin.
As of April 2023, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Ecuador fall under the All Chargeability Areas column — the same as "worldwide."
Your priority date
Your priority date is the date USCIS received your I-360 petition — it appears on your Form I-797 Notice of Action as the "Receipt Date."
Look at your I-797 Notice of Action for your I-360. The "Receipt Date" printed on that form is your priority date — not the approval date.
Set up your reminder
We'll notify you when the EB-4 Final Action Date reaches your priority date. No spam — only relevant updates.

You're all set, friend!
We've recorded your priority date and will send you an email when the EB-4 Visa Bulletin reaches your date. Keep checking back each month for the latest bulletin updates.

⚠ Not legal advice
This tool provides general informational guidance based on publicly available Visa Bulletin data. It does not constitute legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Immigration law is complex — consult a licensed immigration attorney before filing any forms.
Data source & accuracy: EB-4 cutoff dates reflect the U.S. Department of State Visa Bulletin for March 2026 and USCIS's March 2026 Adjustment of Status Filing Charts. For current month data, always verify at travel.state.gov and uscis.gov.
